Banco Santander S.A. is seeking a Vice-President for CIB Credit Trading/Structured Credit Trading in Madrid or London. You will price, execute, and hedge structured credit and hybrids transactions, while managing risk and mentoring junior resources on the trading team.

The role requires 4+ years in relevant trading/structuring roles and a degree in science or economics. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus. Hybrid work model with flexibility and global learning opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant roles.
• Bachelor/Master’s/PhD in Sciences (Maths, Physics, CS) or Economics/Statistics.
• English required; Spanish or another European language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Price, execute and hedge structured credit and hybrids transactions.
• Risk manage trading positions dynamically.
• Train junior resources on the trading team.
