Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid and London seeks a Vice-President to lead pricing, risk management and development in Structured Credit and Hybrids. You will join a fast-moving, global trading franchise, collaborating with Quants and Structurers to innovate in a challenging market.

The role requires 4+ years in Credit/Hybrids/XVA trading, a strong academic background (Math/Physics or Economics/Statistics), and fluency in English.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant roles (Required)
• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Sciences (Maths, Physics, Computer Science) or in Economics/Statistics (Required)
• Working language is English (Required)
• Spanish or another European language are a plus (Preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills (Required)
• Familiarity with AI-augmented coding tools is a plus (Preferred)

• Risk managing dynamically our trading positions
• Training junior resources on the trading team
• Maintaining, improving and creating trading monitoring tools
• Contributing to new product development initiatives in partnership with Quants, Structurers and Support/Control functions

Professional Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant roles (Required)
