Banco Santander SA is seeking a Sales-Structuring Executive Director in Madrid to manage end-to-end back leverage transactions across EMEA. You will lead cross-functional teams, structure complex financing solutions, and drive risk-managed execution in a fast-paced, global setting.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in structured finance, strong origination and risk management skills, and a Master in Finance. English is required; Spanish is preferred for local market engagement.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in structured finance, structured credit, and related areas.
• Master in Finance or equivalent.
• Fluent English required; Spanish preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams across trading, sales, and risk functions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end back leverage transactions (non-recourse or partial recourse).
• Collaborate with trading, sales, legal and risk teams to execute complex financing solutions.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction in cross-border structuring across EMEA.
