Grupo Santander is seeking a VP-level trader to price, execute, and hedge structured credit and hybrid transactions within Santander CIB's Global Markets. You will actively manage risk across trading positions and mentor junior traders, while enhancing monitoring tools and contributing to new product development with Quants and Structurers.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in related trading/quant roles, a strong academic background in sciences/economics/statistics, and fluent

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant roles.
• Working English required; Spanish or another European language a plus.
• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Sciences or Economics/Statistics.
