Bynder Inc is seeking a VP of Operations to unify Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights under one leadership team. You will report to the CFO and lead ~20 people across Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Insights with three direct reports.
In a builder’s mandate, you will implement a scalable operating model, enable data-driven decisions and partner with commercial leadership on growth and efficiency at scale.
Formación
- 10+ years in Revenue/Commercial/Business operations within high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Senior leadership experience with multi-function oversight (Sales, CS, Marketing, Partner Ops).
- Strong financial acumen: ARR, NRR, forecasting, pricing, unit economics.
Responsabilidades
- Lead one unified Operations function across Revenue, Business Applications and Insights.
- Partner with commercial leadership on pipeline, forecasting and segmentation.
- Operationalise growth levers: retention, expansion, new logo generation.
- Deliver Salesforce 2.0 and related GTM enterprise apps migrations.
- Govern data definitions and single source of truth for the business.
- Drive AI tooling to lift productivity and forecasting accuracy.
