Bynder, the leading digital asset management platform, seeks a VP of Operations to unite Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights under one roof. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a unified team of around 20 across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partner Operations, and shape the operating model for durable growth.

This builder’s mandate includes implementing Salesforce 2.0, driving AI in operations, and delivering data-driven performance.

Formación

• Significant track record leading Revenue/Commercial operations in high-growth SaaS.
• Ability to unify multiple departments (Sales, CS, Marketing, Partner Ops) under a single operating model.
• Strong financial acumen around ARR, GRR, forecasting and pricing.
• Experience with CRM/CPQ transformations and large-scale data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one unified Operations function across Revenue, Business Applications and Insights.
• Partner commercially with leadership on pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, and compensation design.
• Operationalise growth architecture with measurable motions and clear targets.
• Deliver Salesforce 2.0 and wider GTM application stack upgrades, including data migrations.
• Own the single source of truth with Finance and Internal Analytics.
