Bynder Inc is seeking a VP of Operations to unify Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights under one operating model. You will partner with commercial leadership and Finance to drive forecasting, data integrity and value creation, while delivering CRM/CPQ transformation and AI-driven process improvements.

You will build a strong leadership bench, oversee scaling of GTM execution, and ensure tight alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partners.

Formación

• Executive presence and edge with accountability for a leadership layer.
• 12+ years in Revenue Operations or business operations in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Strong Salesforce ecosystem experience with CRM/CPQ transformation.
• Proven ability to govern data and reporting at scale.
• Builder’s approach to AI with practical tooling to automate workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one unified Operations function across Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights.
• Partner commercially with commercial leadership on pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, capacity and compensation design.
• Operationalise growth architecture with measurable motions, targets and reporting.
• Deliver Salesforce 2.0, CPQ implementation and wider GTM enterprise application stack.
• Govern the single source of truth and data definitions with Finance and Internal Analytics.
• Drive AI in operations to lift forecasting and decision-making and support the AI Transformation Office.
