Perk seeks a VP of Data to define and drive our data architecture, analytics strategy, and AI product integration across Travel, Spend, and Events products. You will lead a 40+ person data organisation, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to build trusted, scalable data platforms that power intelligent products and proactive insights.

Qualifications

Proven scale-up leadership. Led data organisations in high-growth tech or SaaS.
Led large teams of senior data leaders and built operating models.
Expertise in modern data platforms, data governance and privacy.

Responsabilités

Strategy & Roadmap: own long-term data vision and analytics strategy across multiple product lines.
Set the standard for trust: data governance, privacy and compliance integrated from day one.
Build a data platform: govern, reliable, scalable infrastructure with budget ownership.
Lead with conviction: align cross-team data standards and roadmap.
Grow leaders who grow the business: coach senior leaders and design scalable orgs.
