Perk is seeking an Engineering Manager in Barcelona to lead a team of 8–10 software engineers. You will be responsible for delivery, people development, and setting a technical vision aligned with product goals.

A hands-on IC background is valued to guide architecture and engineering excellence. You will champion AI-driven development, foster collaboration across teams, and drive performance reviews alongside the leadership to ensure growth and impact.

Formación

• Proven track record leading 8–10 software engineers.
• Hands-on background as IC in software engineering.
• Experience building processes and delegation for large teams.
• Strong problem solving for technical and organizational challenges.
• Experience with AI-augmented workflows and agentic development.
