Job summary

Perk seeks a VP of Data to guide data strategy for Travel, Spend and Events platforms. You’ll lead a 40+ person team across Data Product Partners, Analytics, Engineering, and Governance, shaping how data powers product decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Technology and Business leaders to build scalable data infrastructure, ensure privacy and compliance, and drive AI-enabled product innovations across the company. This role is based in Barcelona with global scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data organisations in high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Experience scaling organisations of 40+ through senior leaders.
• Strong data science, analytics and data engineering background.
• Executive level ownership of data strategy and budget.
• Fluency with the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Looker/Tableau).
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy/compliance.
• Proven partnerships with Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on work.
