Job summary

Perk seeks a VP of Data to lead a 40+ person data organization and shape the data strategy across Travel, Spend and Events products. You will oversee data governance, privacy, and compliance, and drive AI product integration with a modern data stack.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver trusted, scalable data across the company. You'll lead strategic data initiatives, build a high-performance team, and ensure data-informed decision making supports

Qualifications

• Proven scale-up leadership in high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Led 40+ person data organizations through senior leaders.
• Owned data strategy and budget at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term vision and strategy for data architecture, analytics, predictive modeling, and AI product integration.
• Set data governance, privacy, and compliance standards across the company.
• Build and govern a scalable data platform and budget decisions.
• Unify data standards across Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Mentor senior leaders and shape operating models for ownership and measurable results.
