Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer focused on AI-powered voice experiences. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade voice solutions using Agentforce Voice and Salesforce Voice tools, owning the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to go-live.

You will bridge customers with the Voice Product team, turning field learnings into reusable patterns and driving high-quality, scalable deployments across EMEA regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong data modelling, APIs, and integration design.
• Able to communicate with sales teams and customer architects.
• Willingness to travel about 25% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences deployed in production for large enterprises.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to deployed and observable.
• Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Model data, ship pipelines, and validate outputs.
• Create agent performance dashboards and KPI reports.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that deploy quickly.
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices.
• Surface platform gaps and field insights to engineers and product teams.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate challenges into shippable solutions.
