Aircall is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for Key Accounts to act as the embedded technical owner for a portfolio of high-value global customers. You will land first use cases, prove value quickly, and expand the footprint use case by use case across core workflows, collaborating with the KAM, Product, and Engineering.

• Experience owning long-term customer relationships as the technical authority.
• Strong command of APIs, data structures, and integration design.
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own embedded relationships with a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Lead discovery, solution-design sessions, and architecture for deployments.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations with low-code platforms and CRMs.
• Define and execute an agentic AI roadmap in coordination with KAM and product.
• Mentor teammates and drive scalable frameworks for future engagements.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and unblock progress.
• Drive cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
