Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end‑to‑end delivery of agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments. You’ll collaborate with Deployment Strategists, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards for scalable deployments.

The role requires 6+ years of software engineering, proficiency in Python/Java/JS, experience with LLMs, and strong Salesforce platform knowledge, with travel ~25% and bilingual Spanish/English.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery in enterprise AI/SaaS environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production and using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong data modeling, processing, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs.
• Entrepreneurial, get‑things‑done mindset and ability to ship fast.
• Mentored engineers and created reusable assets (frameworks, playbooks).
• Clear communication with peers, customer architects, and leaders.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer outcomes end‑to‑end with Deployment Strategist.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Own data lifecycle for AI apps across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions.
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap inputs.
