Job summary

WPT Global is seeking a VIP Strategy & Growth Manager to define how we identify, develop, and retain our most valuable players. You will partner with VIP and Data teams to craft strategies that boost engagement, progression, retention, and reactivation across VIP and high-potential segments.

You will turn player data into actionable commercial strategies, evaluate outcomes, and refine approaches as behavior shifts. This is a highly analytical, strategic role in a fully remote, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in VIP, CRM, lifecycle, retention, growth or player strategy in iGaming.
• Understanding of VIP behavior, retention mechanics and lifecycle management.
• Data-driven development of commercial strategies using player insights.
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into actions.
• Experience with customer or player segmentation strategies.
• Experience in engagement, retention, reactivation and progression strategies.
• Commercial focus on long-term player value and growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with Data and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and proactive with multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for VIP and high-potential players.
• Analyze player behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data team to identify VIP/high-potential players.
• Create segmentation to prioritise VIP and high-potential groups.
• Build initiatives to progress high-potential players to VIP.
• Strengthen long-term engagement and value across VIP segments.
• Evaluate performance and commercial impact of strategies.
• Refine strategies based on data and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve VIP lifecycle and journey.
• Collaborate with VIP, CRM, Product, Data and other teams.
• Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis.
