Rush Entertainment is seeking a dynamic VIP Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for high-value players. You will manage a portfolio of VIPs, engaging across phone, email, and Messenger, turning customers into advocates and collaborating with the Commercial team on targeted campaigns.
You will stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our VIP program remains best-in-class and delivers personalized support and exclusive rewards.
Formación
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in online casino or VIP/客户 service roles is desirable.
- Strong customer service passion with the ability to build trust.
- Ability to engage high-value players across channels.
- Proactive, data-driven mindset and industry awareness.
Responsabilidades
- VIP Relationship Management for a portfolio of high-value players.
- Engage VIPs via phone, email, and Messenger to drive loyalty.
- Develop players from customers into brand advocates.
- Collaborate with Commercial team on targeted VIP campaigns.
- Monitor activity and optimize the VIP experience.
- Analyze data to suggest improvements and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
