Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Personal VIP Manager for a fully remote, evening-shift role in Spain. You will manage a portfolio of high-value customers in the iGaming space, delivering tailored support and proactive engagement to boost loyalty and retention.

You will communicate across channels, analyze user activity, and collaborate with Sales to optimize workflows while developing product knowledge and VIP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Experience in iGaming or online gambling, with engagement/retention focus.
• Strong communication skills across email, chat, and phone.
• Ability to build rapport and manage high-value customer relationships.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle a VIP portfolio.
• Willingness to work an evening schedule and remote setup.
• Familiarity with Excel or similar tools is an advantage.
• Nice-to-have: experience with SoftSwiss administration platform.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of VIP customers with personalized communication.
• Develop engagement strategies to maintain activity and loyalty.
• Identify inactive customers and proactively re-engage them.
• Analyze customer behavior to tailor support and experiences.
• Provide assistance via email, messaging, and phone with platform features.
• Handle objections and resolve concerns while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Organize daily tasks to meet service expectations and objectives.
• Collaborate with VIP and Sales teams to improve workflows and retention.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and VIP tools.
