Formación

• 8+ years in Player Support or Account Management, with at least 3+ years focused on VIP or loyalty program management.
• Deep understanding of “Support as a Profit Center” strategies.
• Exceptional presence and communication skills for building trust with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Architect end-to-end VIP engagement models and define the Player Journey.
• Work with Operations teams to set requirements for VIP Account Managers.
• Develop reporting frameworks for VIP program health focusing on key metrics.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for VIP services in client discussions.
• Own narrative for VIP-related bids and articulate a sophisticated approach to retention.
• Design proactive outreach campaigns to drive revenue.
