Jet2holidays is seeking an Airport Representative in the Canary Islands to greet customers, assist at arrivals and departures, and work with partners to deliver VIP service throughout their airport journey.

You will handle disruptions, provide transfer and holiday information, and support a fast-paced operation while using our in-house digital systems; comprehensive training is provided.

Formación

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable using tablets and in-house digital systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and guide their journey from arrivals to departures.
• Be the point of contact during disruptions and escalations to support on-time performance and satisfaction.
• Represent Jet2holidays in the airport, providing transfer and holiday information and creating welcome packs.
• Collaborate with transfers providers to ensure a VIP customer experience inside terminal and coach park.
