weWow in Valencia, Spain is seeking a CX Specialist for the in3 account to serve as the first point of contact for consumers and partner webshops. You will handle inbound inquiries by phone and in writing, assisting with payment statuses, refunds, and scheduling extensions in line with in3 policies.

The role demands empathy, a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to discuss sensitive financial conversations professionally.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English required.
• Experience in omnichannel customer support strongly preferred.
• Excellent empathy, listening, and customer-centric focus.
• Ability to discuss sensitive financial conversations professionally.
• Strong administrative accuracy and computer literacy.
• Interest in fintech and quick learner.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality support to consumers and merchants via phone and written channels.
• Handle questions on payments, refunds, and payment schedules.
• Mediate disputes between customers and webshops.
• Keep accurate case records and coordinate with processors.
• Help improve customer satisfaction metrics and response times.
• Stay updated on fintech regulations and policies.
