Grow-talent.com is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a brand-new team for a Fintech company. The role is full-time (39h) and fully on-site in Valencia, with shifts through 9:00-23:00 hours, including some late shifts.

You will handle multi-channel customer interactions and strive for high customer satisfaction. Requirements include fluent German (C2) and English at least C1, a customer-first mindset, and analytical problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C2 level is required.
• English language at C1 level or higher.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening and personalize conversations.
• Guide customers to the right solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify needs to improve internal processes and support improvements.
• Contribute to high performance by focusing on KPIs like CSAT, quality and productivity.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through effective experience management.
