Grow-talent.com is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a brand-new team for a Fintech company. The role is full-time (39h) and on-site in Valencia, Spain.

You will handle inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media with empathy, solving problems to deliver the right solution and a delightful customer experience. The position offers an engaging, international team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Dutch (C2) speakers with C1 English level.
• Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
• Calm and empathetic when dealing with (difficult) customers.
• Curious and love to investigate and use creative problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Target-driven and aiming to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat and social media.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with listening and empathy; personalize conversations.
• Guide customers to the right solution and ensure a positive experience.
• Identify customer needs and escalate internally to improve processes.
• Focus on KPIs: customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through strong customer experience.
