HelloPrint in Valencia is seeking an English-speaking Customer Experience specialist to be the first line of contact for American customers via phone, email and chat. You will guide clients to the right product and deliver service with a smile, while collaborating with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, enthusiastic about problem-solving, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker (native or near-native)
• Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus.
• Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness.
• You enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• A great team player who’s always ready to support others.
• You are looking for a position that is full-time and later hours (from 3pm to 11:30pm or from 6:30 pm to 02:00 am)
• Already in Valencia or willing to relocate soon.
