HelloPrint in Valencia is seeking a fluent-English Customer Experience professional to be the first contact for American customers via phone, email, and chat. You’ll guide users to the right product, deliver a warm, proactive service, and work with design, production, and logistics to ensure a flawless experience.

The role is full-time with late shifts, welcoming relocation if needed. Join a dynamic, international team that values customer happiness and a strong sense of teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker (native or near-native).
• Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus.
• Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness.
• You thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• A great team player who’s always ready to support others.
• You are looking for a position that is full-time and later hours (from 3pm to 11:30pm or from 6:30 pm to 02:00 am).
• Already in Valencia or willing to relocate soon.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our American customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions.
