Tokio Marine HCC International in Barcelona is seeking an Intern TRI Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team supporting the global Transaction Risk (TRI) business. You will report to the TRI Underwriting Support Manager and perform essential administrative duties to help brokers and insureds, ensuring compliance with company standards.

The role requires administrative experience, high-level English, and a BA/MA degree.

Formación

• Experience in an administrative position.
• Fluent in English (high level) a must.
• BA or MA Degree.
• Word and Excel (Expert level).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create, revise, negotiate and sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or any other legal documents.
• Provide full administrative support to a team of Underwriters.
• Input and manage submissions within the system.
• Create and maintain client folders.
• Prepare and issue invoices.
• Follow up on unsettled payments.
• Ensure legal and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
• Identify ways to optimize operational processes.
