Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Change team in Barcelona, supporting the Tokio Marine Europe portfolio. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, define BA approaches, and drive continuous improvements within a federated change model.

The role requires fluency in English, strong stakeholder management, and experience across Agile and Waterfall, with hybrid working options and opportunities for development within TMHCC’s international network.

Qualifications

• Autonomously drive change on complex projects across the full lifecycle.
• Define and apply BA approaches within agile and waterfall environments.
• Lead workshops of varying sizes and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of TMHCC’s business strategy and processes.
• Develop business visions and strategies through analyses and business cases.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders at all levels and ensure traceability.
• Define the BA approach for assigned projects and ensure standards.
• Represent requirements in testing with partners and suppliers.
• Mentor others on BA career paths and knowledge sharing.
