• Impeccable written and verbal English communication, with UKI market experience.
• Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and technical/administration support via phone and email.
• Deliver personalized customer experiences and resolve issues with high satisfaction.
• Update CRM (Salesforce) with relevant information from interactions.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide thorough, researched responses.
