MTS Globe in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a Key Account Manager Excursions Assistant to support the UK market. You will assist in managing and developing our excursions business, building strong relationships with UK teams and collaborating across commercial, operations, and destination teams.

Ideal candidates have tourism sales experience, strong English and Spanish, and the ability to drive sales through analysis and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic international environment.

Competenze

• Experience in tourism, excursions, sales, business development or similar commercial role.
• Knowledge of Spain excursion products.
• Degree in tourism or similar field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Proactive, commercial and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support the UK Key Account Manager in day-to-day management and development of excursions business.
• Build and maintain relationships with UK commercial and operational teams and other departments.
• Monitor excursion sales performance, analyze trends and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities and propose actions to drive sales and maximise results.
• Prepare business reports and presentations for management.
• Support launch of new excursions and commercial initiatives for the UK market.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and sales incentives.
• Gather market feedback to improve products and processes.
• Assist in selection, onboarding and training of excursion sales teams.
• Collaborate with Spain Excursions Coordination, Operations, Marketing and destination teams to meet objectives.
