Aufgaben

• Support the UK Key Account Manager in day-to-day management and development of the excursions business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK commercial and operational teams, as well as with different departments across the company.
• Monitor excursion sales performance, analysing sales trends, conversion rates, product performance and key business KPIs.
• Identify business opportunities and propose actions to drive sales and maximise commercial results.
• Prepare business reports, performance analyses and presentations for management.
• Support the launch of new excursions, experiences and commercial initiatives tailored to the UK market.
• Coordinate and follow up on promotional campaigns, sales incentives and specific commercial actions.
• Gather and channel market feedback to identify opportunities to improve products, services and internal processes.
• Support the selection, onboarding and training of excursion sales teams, as well as the follow-up of sales performance.
• Work closely with Spain Excursions Coordination, Operations, Marketing and destination teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved and the UK sales strategy is effectively implemented.
