MTS Globe is growing its Palma team and we are hiring a Transfer Agent to support our key client during the season. You will manage transfer routes in Mallorca, coordinate with providers and hoteliers, handle incidents, and work with IT systems.

Advanced English required, studies in Tourism, 2 years of experience, and ability to adapt to our in-house systems. On-site work in Palma with an international team and dynamic environment.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English, other languages are a plus.
• Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our in-house operational systems.

Responsabilidades

• Management and control of transfers in Mallorca.
• Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
• Management of claims and incidents.
• Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
• Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes.
