Job summary

Fortra is seeking a collaborative and experienced Professional Services Consultant to deploy its software solutions with cross-functional teams and customers. This role requires extensive travel and occasional formal training sessions.

You will gather requirements, develop integrations, and deliver professional services both remotely and onsite, partnering with the PMO to define scope and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Consulting or related services
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience managing external stakeholders through conflicts

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical mastery of at least one product or specialization
• Develop scripts and integrations to meet customer needs
• Gather requirements and create deployment procedures for Fortra products
• Provide project status updates to customers and internal teams
• Deliver services remotely and onsite
• Define project scope with the PMO and report progress
