Job summary

Fortra seeks a collaborative Professional Services Consultant to deploy our software solutions with customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop custom integrations, and ensure successful production deployments across diverse environments.

Expect extensive travel, delivery of training sessions, and direct customer engagement. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to drive satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Consulting, Customer Success, Services Coordination, Support or Training.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Fundamental understanding of network connectivity, web interfaces, endpoint management and software deployment.
• Experience managing external stakeholders through conflict resolution.
• Proactive, adaptable and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical mastery of at least one product or a specialized technical discipline such as APIs integrations or security solution delivery.
• Develop custom scripts, utilities, and integrations to meet customer requirements.
• Gather and document infrastructure and technical requirements and create deployment procedures.
• Provide timely project status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting customers.
• Deliver professional services and support both remotely and onsite.
• Partner with the PMO to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and report on progress.
• Maintain minimum of 65% billable utilization and support revenue objectives.
