Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Consulting, Customer Success, Services Coordination, Support or Training.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network connectivity, web interfaces, and software deployment.
• Ability to manage external stakeholders and conflict resolution.

Aufgaben

• Deliver professional services and support both remotely and onsite.
• Gather and document infrastructure and technical requirements, and create deployment procedures.
• Provide timely project status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting customers.
• Partner with the PMO to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and report on progress.
• Maintain a minimum of 65% billable utilization.
