Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Spain is seeking a Sales Manager, Trauma & Power Tools to lead a commercial team across Andalucía and surrounding areas. You will develop plans, expand key accounts, and drive sustainable growth in orthopaedic and trauma tools.

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will coach reps, collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service, and ensure strong market presence while adhering to regulatory and ethical

Formación

• Experience in medical device sales, preferably orthopedics or trauma.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital admins, and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams for product launches.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical practices.
