Johnson & Johnson in Madrid is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Trauma, CMF, and PowerTools portfolio in the local market, aligning with global and regional guidelines while adapting to customer needs.

You will collaborate with Global and Regional teams, sales force, and healthcare stakeholders to drive launches, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management, delivering strong field execution and business growth.

Formación

• 5+ years in Marketing and/or Sales within Medical Devices.
• Experience with product launches (NPI) and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare stakeholders, tender processes and hospital decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English.
• Travel up to ~30% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute local marketing plans aligned with Global/EMEA strategy and identify market opportunities.
• Portfolio & Product Management: Lead end-to-end portfolio management including launches, lifecycle management, segmentation and positioning.
• Commercial Execution & Field Alignment: Translate strategy into actionable plans and tools for strong field execution and messaging.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, medical societies and supporting tender processes and pricing within defined frameworks.
• Marketing & Capabilities: Develop promotional materials and coordinate sales training; plan congresses and events to enhance brand position.
• Insights, Analytics & Performance: Conduct market research, monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Compliance & Ways of Working: Ensure adherence to internal processes and cross-functional collaboration.
