You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, and Supply Chain to deliver value for surgeons and hospitals.
The role emphasizes stakeholder management, market development, and execution of commercial plans with incentives and commissions.
Formación
- Proven success in medical device sales, preferably within Trauma, Orthopedics, Power Tools, Sports Medicine, or related surgical specialties.
- Significant experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes, healthcare stakeholders, and commercial contracting.
Responsabilidades
- Develop annual business plans, territory strategies, and account growth plans.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and management reports.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve performance objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to maximize customer value.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical business practices.
