Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Senior Sales Leader for Trauma & Power Tools in Andalucía. Lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and shape commercial strategy while navigating complex healthcare tender environments.

You will coach professionals, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Marketing and Education teams on product launches, pricing, and value-based offerings. Based in Spain, willingness to travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven success in medical device sales, preferably in Trauma/Orthopedics/Power Tools.
• Significant experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and tender environments.
• Strong understanding of hospital purchasing and commercial contracting.
• Leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives in the Trauma & Power Tools portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competition.
• Drive customer acquisition and account penetration through targeted initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital admins, procurement, and healthcare networks.
• Implement pricing, contracting, and value-based selling strategies.
• Manage forecasting, territory planning, pipeline development, and business reviews.
• Build long-term partnerships understanding clinical, operational, and economic needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams for product launches and customer engagement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales reps with clear goals and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of trauma surgery, orthopaedic tech, and market trends.
• Participate in professional events and training to model commercial excellence.
• Develop annual business and territory plans; monitor performance metrics and profitability.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and management reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development actions.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Travel within territory as needed to achieve objectives.
• Be prepared for DePuy Synthes employment processes post-separation.
