Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Manager for Trauma & Power Tools in Madrid. You will drive strategy and execution for the local market while aligning with global/EMEA guidelines, translating priorities into actionable plans for field success.

Role requires 5+ years in Marketing/Sales in medical devices, portfolio ownership, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. Travel ~30% and advanced English are expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of Marketing and/or Sales experience in Medical Devices (Trauma experience desirable).
• Proven product management and portfolio ownership with launches (NPI) and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem, tender processes, and hospital decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute local marketing and business plans aligned with Global/Regional strategy.
• Lead end-to-end portfolio management including new product introductions and lifecycle.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, tools, and messaging for field execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain for launches.
