Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Manager for Trauma & Power Tools across the Andalucía region. You will drive growth, lead a sales team, and partner with Marketing, Medical Education and Supply Chain to execute strategic plans.

Based in Spain with travel within the territory, you will manage key accounts, develop customer relationships, and ensure profitable performance while meeting regulatory and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate business qualification preferred.
• Proven success in medical device sales, preferably within Trauma, Orthopedics, Power Tools, Sports Medicine, or related surgical specialties.
• Significant experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives within the Trauma and Power Tools portfolio.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Drive customer acquisition and account penetration to expand business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare networks.
• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to meet performance objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Education teams on product launches and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical business practices.
