Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA or postgraduate business qualification preferred.
• Proven success in medical device sales, preferably within Trauma, Orthopedics, Power Tools, Sports Medicine, or related surgical specialties.
• Significant experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes, healthcare stakeholders, and commercial contracting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives within the Trauma and Power Tools portfolio.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Drive customer acquisition, account penetration, and business expansion through targeted commercial initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, procurement, and healthcare networks.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives with clear goals and KPIs.
• Develop annual business plans and territory strategies; monitor performance and profitability.
