JD.COM Girona is seeking a Transportation Quality Manager to oversee daily quality KPIs across B2B logistics, focusing on on-time delivery, handover, and exceptions. You will analyze data to identify root causes and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions in European line-haul networks.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and fluent Chinese and English.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience in transportation quality improvement preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong quality awareness and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in line-haul, B2B logistics, or cross-border transportation in Europe preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor transportation quality KPIs daily (on-time delivery, on-time handover, exception rate).
• Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis for transportation quality issues.
• Develop improvement plans and coordinate with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Track and evaluate improvement results.
• Establish tracking for issue closure and reduce recurrence.
• Develop and promote transportation quality standards and standardized procedures.
