Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Training Devices Project Manager to lead the definition, purchase, development, validation and delivery of LTA and MRTT simulators. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams within an international framework, ensuring on-time, on-cost delivery and proper documentation.

The role requires a university degree in engineering/aeronautics, 5+ years in aerospace, and strong English negotiation skills.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Aeronautics or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in an aeronautical company.
• Experience in Training Aids design and development.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Negotiation level English in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Air Power programs, MRTT and LTA.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop and deliver LTA and MRTT simulators to customers.
• Liaise with Customer, internal organizations and Suppliers and draft contractual documents.
• Prepare technical offers and cost to Programme Representatives.
• Monitor activities to meet KPIs and customer requirements.
• Sign technical documents, minutes, acceptance documents, and risk mitigation plans.
