Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Fighter Pilot Instructor Lead & Subject Matter Expert to drive the Spanish trainer program and coordinate instructor teams. You will design training plans, deliver theoretical and simulator instruction, and ensure assets meet operational needs for safe flight operations.

The role requires extensive combat flight experience, strong leadership, and English proficiency; hybrid working model offered where possible.

Formación

• Education in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent Military Flight Academy qualification.
• 10+ years as Combat Fighter Pilot with flight on Eurofighter or F-18 and proven Flight Instructor experience.
• Strong public speaking, audience management, and customer orientation.
• Fluent English; native Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the pilot instructor team and manage project scope and progress.
• Deliver ground-based aircrew training including theoretical instruction and flight simulators.
• Design and develop training plans, course content, and technical documentation.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and define core aircrew objectives.
• Manage subcontracted work packages and supervise supplier performance.
• Support multimedia product creation and training data packages.
