Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Senior Mission Simulation Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain complex simulators for aerospace systems in Getafe, Madrid. You will lead subsystem integration and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high fidelity and compliance with requirements.

The role demands a strong background in C++, real-time systems, and simulation architectures, with fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience developing and testing mission simulators or real-time systems in aerospace/defense.
• Proficiency in C++ and knowledge of simulation architectures, system integration, and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement mission simulation models for aerospace systems.
• Lead integration of subsystems within simulation environments for interoperability and performance.
• Conduct comprehensive simulator testing to ensure accuracy, fidelity, and compliance with requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to simulator users.
• Document simulation design, implementation, and results.
