Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Madrid, seeks a Senior Simulator Project Manager / Lead Engineer to own end-to-end PM of the A400M simulator program. You will lead technical decisions, manage contracts, and coordinate suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from design to customer handover.

The role requires 5+ years in simulator/aerospace project management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an advanced English level for international contract management.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project management in simulator/aerospace programs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced English (C1) required for international contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end simulator project management from sales through delivery.
• Manage time, cost, resources, and quality metrics with WBS.
• Oversee contractual changes and stakeholder relationships.
• Make high-level technical decisions on simulator systems.
