TOD’S Group is seeking a luxury fashion sales professional for our Madrid store. The role focuses on contributing to store turnover and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through expert product presentation and brand storytelling.

You will greet clients, identify needs, present the brand universe, and proactively offer products, while maintaining impeccable hospitality and brand standards. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in luxury and fashion sales, especially shoes.
• Experience in customer service professions.
• Excellent presentation and oral communication.
• Knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store turnover and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers and present products and brand universe.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Be proactive with product offers and cross-sell.
• Manage special orders and stock, restocking, inventories.
• Maintain brand image and courtesy, follow quality standards.

Mission

Main activities

Achieve and develop the sales of the store:

• Take care of the customers and respect the selling ceremony
• Present the products and the brand's universe to customers
• Identify the client's needs
• Be proactive concerning the product offer
• Develop multiple and complementary cross-selling
• Take charge of special orders
• Build customer loyalty
• Collaborate in the management of stocks, restocking and inventories
• List new products and their prices in store

Respect brand image

• Provide a courteous welcome to customers and follow up on orders taken
• Ensure the personalized follow-up of each customer in compliance with quality standards, by embodying the image of the brand
• Ensure the shelving of products by ensuring their compliance with brand standards

Profile

Experience

• Experience in the sale of luxury and fashion world with a strong shoe product sensitivity
• Experience in customer service professions
• Excellent presentation and oral communication
• Good knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques
• Strong sense of customer service
• Adaptability, flexibility, team spirit
• Fluent Spanish and English
