Linkedin in Madrid is seeking a Client Advisor for a part-time role (32 hours/week) in our luxury fashion boutique. You will deliver high-quality service, meet client needs, and promote our brand philosophy.

You will engage with clients, drive sales, and contribute to CRM/clienteling initiatives while collaborating with the team. The role requires passion for fashion, experience in luxury retail, and strong communication.

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury products.
• Experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail.
• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Excellent communication skills and customer attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering products accordingly.
• Assist customers with selling ceremony and product knowledge.
• Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.

For our Boutique in Madrid , we are looking for a Client Advisor available to work part time32hrs per week She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the busi ness
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM and Clienteling strategies
• Build strong team collaborations
• Contribute to maintain the visual display of the products in accordance with visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
• Be confident with cashier procedures and after sales management
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with the Company's standards and policies
