Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. seeks a results-driven Tendering Lead to join our Madrid team. You will prepare and manage tenders, define commercial solutions, and lead cross-functional inputs to deliver competitive offers for large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree, 3+ years in tendering or sales in project environments, and fluent Spanish with strong English; French is a plus. You will collaborate with finance, legal, and SCM to ensure compliant bids and successful

Formación

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in tendering, sales or commercial roles in project-based environments (power grids, offshore, EPC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of commercial terms & conditions and risk management.
• Solid understanding of electric power systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Spanish and strong professional proficiency in English; French is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage tenders, bids, estimates and quotations aligned with customer requirements and targets.
• Define optimal technical and commercial solutions with accuracy and profitability.
• Develop and manage the full cost model, including pricing, cash flow and tender budget.
• Lead cross-functional tender teams to ensure timely, high-quality inputs.
• Identify, assess and manage risks and opportunities per governance processes.
• Support and, when required, lead technical and commercial negotiations with customers.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, tax, insurance, SCM to ensure compliant offers.
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors in cooperation with Supply Chain.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and handover of won orders to execution teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the tendering and sales process.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
