Hitachi Energy is seeking a Service Tender and Sales Engineer in Spain to drive service business opportunities within the Grid Connection portfolio. You will develop competitive service proposals, engage with customers, and support negotiations that contribute to growth.

The role blends technical and commercial responsibilities, requiring collaboration with engineering, operations, suppliers, and commercial teams across international projects. Strong English and Spanish skills are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.
• Open to entry-level candidates or professionals with 3+ years in technical tendering within electrical industry.
• Experience in substations systems with focus on services.
• Strong understanding of technical and commercial proposal processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare technical and commercial service tenders for customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop competitive service solutions (single tenders, frame or service agreements).
• Support the sales organization throughout the bid and proposal process.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers and commercial teams.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of service agreements.
• Ensure proposals comply with customer specs and company standards.
• Support contract reviews, amendments and scope adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth and profitability of the service business.
