Job summary

Vueling Airlines SA is seeking a Crew Control Agent to join the Operations Control Centre in Viladecans, Spain. You will manage Pilot and Cabin Crew resources daily, ensuring safety, punctuality, and reliable operations across routes.

You will anticipate and resolve disruptions, comply with the Operations Manual and crew agreements, and coordinate with pilots and other departments. A university degree in aviation-related fields and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or Higher Vocational Training in Aviation Management or related field.
• Aviation-related studies or training valued.
• Availability for an immediate or short-term start is required.
• Experience in Crew Control or Operations Centre is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pilot and Cabin Crew resources to ensure coverage of the daily flight operation.
• Resolve operational disruptions including crew sickness, staffing changes, and flight changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, Operations Manual and crew agreements.
• Analyse operational incidents and identify practical, compliant solutions.
• Prioritise safety and punctuality in crew-related decisions.
• Coordinate with Pilots, Cabin Crew and other departments for operational continuity.
• Maintain accurate information in the department's systems.
